There are issues in life that you do not have control over. This thought alone is enough to make some people feel anxious, frustrated, and depressed. Though you cannot control life’s events, you do have the power to control your thoughts and reactions to the events. I believe in empowering my clients to deal with the issues in life by managing their thoughts, reactions, and feelings.
